Print out the form below and mail it to the following address by Saturday, April 10th with your pledge checks made out to "Pajama Bowl". Include the name of the non-profit organization you select in the memo section on the check:

Register Online:

There are two steps to Registration that must be completed in order for your team to be successfully registered:

1. Select your state below and complete the Registration Form and all the required fields.

2. Once you have completed the Registration Form, you will be taken to a new page where you must click on a link to the PayPal website. A minimum $50 donation is required to register your team for Pajama Bowl 2010. Log into the PayPal site (or register first if you have never used PayPal before) and make your donation. You will then be sent back to this site once you have made your donation so that you can receive your tax receipt information.

*Each team must raise a minimum of $250 and you receive additional points for every $50 you raise over this minimum. A lane deposit of only $50 is required to reserve your lane, all other remaining donations you receive can be applied to your team through online donations or you can bring it to the event the day of (credit cards are accepted at the event). Whatever amount you post to your team at the time of your registration does go towards your $250 minimum.

After we receive both your Registration Form and verification of donation from PayPal, we will send you an email within two business days to confirm your registration for Pajama Bowl.
